Gunkanmaki- Sushi
Gunkan which means "battleship" is a type of
nigiri-sushi. It is prepared by wrapping a band of nori
(dried seaweed) around a pad of seasoned rice. The rice
is then pressed flat so that the main ingredients can be
laid on top. |
